This month, we celebrate five years of Marie Howell as part of The Virga Law Firm family, and there is truly no one who embodies “Compassionate Counsel. Relentless Representation.” more fully than she does, even though her work often happens just off the front page.
The Woman Behind the Curtain
As our Business Manager, Marie carries a responsibility that few people outside our walls ever see in full: overseeing the daily operations across our Fort Walton Beach, Pensacola, Panama City, and Panama City Beach offices, all at once, all with the same steady hand. Multiple locations, multiple teams, one person making sure it all moves forward together.
It would be easy to describe that as a logistics role. But anyone who has worked alongside Marie knows it's so much more than that. She is the one who remembers what everyone needs before they ask. She is the calm in the middle of a chaotic Monday. She is the person new team members learn to go to first, because they quickly discover she'll actually have the answer, or she'll find it.
