Taylor’s educational background underscores her commitment to legal excellence. She was among the select few in her graduating class to participate in an accelerated law degree program, completing both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate in just six years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from Samford University and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.
Her professional trajectory is marked by a rich array of hands-on experience and community engagement. Taylor has actively participated in Moot Court Competitions and volunteered with various community outreach programs and legal clinics, providing essential legal support to underserved populations including the homeless, low-income individuals, veterans, and the elderly. Her clerkship experience is extensive, including positions with Alabama Legal Services, Family Court, the Department of Children and Families, the Honorable Agnes Chappell, and several private firms in Florida before joining the Virga Law Firm.
In addition to her practical experience, Taylor is deeply involved in shaping family law practices through her work with the Florida Bar. She serves on the Family Law Section Rules and Forms Committee, the Children's Issues Committee, and the Support Issues Committee, contributing to the development and refinement of family law procedures statewide.
Beyond her professional achievements, Taylor is an active member of her community. She supports charitable foundations and participates in significant community events, such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk, reflecting her commitment to giving back and supporting important causes.
