Keary Schear is a seasoned Senior Paralegal with over 30 years of combined legal experience, including 24 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy, where she spent 20 years as a Legalman (Navy Paralegal). During her military career, Keary provided legal support across a broad spectrum of practice areas including military justice, administrative law, family law, and legal assistance, often managing complex caseloads in high-pressure environments around the globe.
Since retiring from the Navy, Keary has continued her commitment to legal excellence in the civilian sector. She brings an unmatched depth of knowledge, precision, and discipline to every matter she handles. Her areas of focus include family law, civil litigation, and probate, with particular strength in timesharing disputes, financial disclosure management, and post-judgment enforcement actions.
