Attorney Gerard Virga, had the honor of presenting on Technology in Family Law Matters at The Family Law Section of The Florida Bar's CLE seminar, "The Money Maze: Untangling Finances in Divorce and Custody Cases," this past Friday, at The Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida.

Gerard presented alongside Jason Soman of Soman Forensic and Valuation CPAs, utilizing materials prepared by the Honorable Judge Christopher B. Wigand. Together, Gerard and Jason delivered a dynamic session on how technology including AI, is reshaping the landscape of family law practice and the ethical considerations that come with it.
