The Virga Law Firm, P.A. is proud to share that founding attorney Gerard Virga will be a featured presenter at The Money Maze: Untangling Finances in Divorce and Custody Cases, a Florida family law CLE taking place March 27, 2026 at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort in Miramar Beach.
This full-day seminar is designed to address the financial and practical issues that regularly shape outcomes in divorce and custody litigation—covering topics such as alimony, “good fortune” child support, business valuations, retirement account valuation and division, and the effective use of financial experts. The program also emphasizes professionalism and ethics in family law proceedings.
You can learn more about the CLE, or register for the event, here.
Gerard will present “Technology in Family Law Matters,” with forensic and valuation CPA Jason Soman delivering the presentation alongside him. Judge Christopher B. Wigand contributed the session materials and will be involved in the program. The session will focus on the ethical and effective use of technology in family law cases, an increasingly important issue as courts, clients, and counsel rely more heavily on digital tools for communication, evidence, case organization, and litigation support.
