The podcast is a natural extension of what our firm does every day: provide practical guidance to people facing difficult transitions. Through conversations with experienced professionals, the show offers listeners a clearer understanding of common family law challenges in Florida and the real-world factors that often influence outcomes.
Meet Your Host: Gerard Virga
Gerard Virga has devoted his practice almost exclusively to family law and divorce litigation, handling cases for thousands of clients across Florida and in numerous counties and judicial circuits. He returned home to found The Virga Law Firm, P.A., building a practice centered on helping people move forward with their lives.
Today, our firm serves families across the state with offices in Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, Panama City, Panama City Beach, and Orlando, and with a team that brings 100+ years of combined legal experience to the cases they handle.
Gerard’s work also extends beyond individual matters. He has remained active in Florida’s family law community through service and involvement with Florida Bar committees connected to family law, continuing legal education, and legislative and procedural issues. He has also been contacted to speak and provide commentary on family law topics affecting Floridians. That mix of courtroom experience and ongoing engagement in the broader legal community informs how he approaches the podcast: direct, informed, and focused on what’s most useful to families dealing with real problems.
