Tracie Phillips

Tracie Phillips has been practicing Family and Criminal Law for approximately 20 years. She completed her Juris Doctorate Degree at Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Phillips is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice at the University of North Florida, in Jacksonville, Florida, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Prior to opening Tracie L. Phillips Law Firm, P.A. in Panama City, Florida, she gained an extensive background in family and criminal law in her previous employment opportunities. While attending Law School, Ms. Phillips worked for the Third Judicial Circuit Office of Court Administration as a Staff Attorney for the Circuit Judges. Additionally, she became a Certified Legal Intern through the Supreme Court of Florida sponsored program working for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid assisting Domestic Violence victims in their time of need. Prior to graduating from Law School, she accepted a position at the Third Judicial Circuit Office of State Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor. Ms. Phillips moved on to work for the 17th Judicial Circuit Office of the Court Administration as a Staff Attorney for three Circuit Court Judges where she assisted in many high profile cases. The majority of Ms. Phillips's career has been spent in a private practice dedicated to the areas of family and criminal law. Additionally, Ms. Phillips served as a Family Law Mediator for 5 years.
